Bug 508611 - Remove StringMatcher again - moved to equinox.common This reverts commit cb63c727a34cb3db10f703d335bd521a85b9fc6c. Leaves the bundle minor version bumps in place, though. Bump the minimum version of org.eclipse.equinox.common required and re-exported in org.eclipse.core.runtime to 3.12.0.
