Bug 565309 - Use ServiceCaller for AuthorizationHandler.loadKeyring Simplify logic for looking up the `Location` service in `AuthorizationHandler` by using the `ServiceCaller.callOnce()` method that takes a filter. This code path occurs when the legacy implementation `org.eclipse.core.internal.runtime.auth.AuthorizationDatabase` is available; tested by simulating successful acquisition of legacy implementation in this method.
