Bug 568407 - [Linux] Toolbar icons are double size on hi-res (200% scaling) - Added GTK4 guard to gtk_image_set_from_pixbuf which doesn't seem to correctly do Hi-DPI scaling. - Reverted back to gtk_image_set_from_surface for GTK3 Change-Id: I3a2aea2e3a5df55bd34b9d09468ab2e7d2be4be1 Signed-off-by: Paul D'Pong <sdamrong@redhat.com>
