Bug 578696 - Add Widget creation tracking capabilities Adds (internal) API to register a tracker for Widget creation and disposal. This will enable clients or tools (such as Sleak) to track when a Widget object was created and disposed, making it easier to identify Widget leaks (e.g. non-disposed Menu objects).
