Bug 562443 - SWT spams temp folder with innumerable folders

Removed unnecessary temporary directory creation, as Linux supports
abstract addresses (compared to path-based addresses). Now both
implementations (C & Java) of construct_server_address returns a pointer
to a string representing the abstract name for the server to use for
creation.
