Bug 571892 - [GTK] Clean up old/unused functions in ExpandBar and
ExpandItem

- Removed expanded boolean, and rely on the GTK function
gtk_expander_get_expanded
- Removed check for x != -1 && y != -1 when x & y are guaranteed to be 0
- Improved implementation of getHeaderHeight by retrieving the actual
label widget and getting it's allocated height rather case dependent
logic on the entire height of expander widget
