Bug 564988 - [GTK4] Adapt to coordinate API changes

Refactored gdk_window_get_device_position &
gdk_surface_get_device_position to getWindowCursorPosition &
getSurfaceCursorPosition

Added Javadoc to getWindowCursorPosition & getSurfaceCursorPosition

Standardized spacing where the above mentioned functions are used

Fix the use of getSurfaceCursorPosition to correctly get the cursor
position. Should allow for Snippet 16 to work.
