Bug 572708 - [GTK4] Fix ControlExample startup errors - ToolItem
hookEvents

- Fixed signal connection on "clicked" for GTK4 SWT.DROP_DOWN ToolItems
- Better organization between GTK4 and GTK3 code
- Moved gtk_widget_add_events under GTK3 only guard
