Bug 567258 - [GTK4] Convert Menus, GtkMenuBar, MenuItems to
GtkPopoverMenuBar - getItem

- Fixed GTK4 way of getting SWT's MenuItem object from Menu. No longer
dependent on the menu container widget (which no longer exists in GTK4).
