Bug 571571 - [Win32] Migrate FileDialog to COM-based API Newer API doesn't need the work-around for the limited filename buffer space. Newer API has some quirks: * For multi-select open dialog, result items might belong to different parent folders. Return full paths in this case (consistent with Cocoa port). * Built-in extension filter auto-append logic is faulty and requires heuristics to avoid double-append for filters witout dots like "All Files (*)".
