Bug 547720 - Update minor version of SWT due to API removal from Bug
475833

This updates the minor version of SWT as we removed API. Semantic
versioning would dictate to increase major but the PMC decided that this
does more harm then helping to the community.

Includes update for build.xml, not sure if that is still used.
