Bug 549210 - [Regression][Cocoa] GC.drawImage draws transparent region
into black once getImageData is invoked

From Mac 10.14 onwards NSAlphaNonpremultipliedBitmapFormat does not work with images with transparency. Removed thos attribute during creation of blank image with tranparency
