Bug 570376 - FileDialog.setOverwrite(false) ignored on Mac OS 11(BigSur)

The default behaviour on Mac is NSSavePanel always shows the overwrite
dialog and there is no API to suppress this. The private method that was
being used
(overwriteExistingFileCheck) is not available since macOS 10.15.

Updated javadoc of setOverwrite(). overwrite is always set to true on
macOS 10.15 and newer.
