428579 Significant changes to avoid repeated remote calls to update the TAU makefile list. After one check the remote directories and Makefile list will be saved in the configuration. A refresh can be forced from the refresh button. The TAU directory location can be browsed manually. The PAPI search interface now makes use of the values cached by the makefile list instead of searching for TAU on its own.
