| <p>The <em>New Predicate Wizard</em> is used to create and define the | |
| properties of a new <a href="../../concepts/modelingframework.html#predicate"> Predicate</a>. | |
| A name must be provided for the Predicate. Predicates contains tests such as an elapsed time test that | |
| flips the predicate to true once a certain time has elapsed in a simulation. Predicates are used by | |
| Triggers to modify some aspect of a simulation.</p> | |
