Bug 582078- Cannot install via Oomph due to EclEmma update site This commit solves the existing problems while installing via Oomph: - The Mylyn EGit connector feature has been renamed and the Mylyn repository URL has been updated. - The EclEmma repository URL has been updated. - FindBugs has been replaced with SpotBugs, as the former is not Java9+ compatible.
