For this build script to work you need three libraries
	- FOP
		- http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/
	- Avalon
		- http://avalon.apache.org/
	- Batik
		- http://xml.apache.org/batik/

Create a lib directory to house these jar files according to the ant script:
...
	<taskdef name="fop" classname="org.apache.fop.tools.anttasks.Fop">
		<classpath>
			<pathelement location="lib\fop.jar" />
			<pathelement location="lib\avalon.jar" />
			<pathelement location="lib\batik.jar" />
		</classpath>
	</taskdef>
