Dear ECE / OSGi Speaker,

Thank you for speaking at EclipseCon Europe / OSGi Community Event. No doubt you
will soon be working hard on your presentation, and we appreciate that. We have now
scheduled all the talks. Please be sure to find your talk on the website schedule and note
the day and time.

Here are a few more things to consider while you're getting ready for the conference.

The Obvious Reminders. All speakers must sign a Speaker Agreement
and register for the conference. If
you didn't sign your speaker agreement via the link in your Accept email, please take care
of that now. There is a link to your agreement on your website account page.

Be sure to book your hotel right away. Information is on the website Hotels page.

Your Presenter Presence. The Presenters page on the website displays
your name, organization, photo, interests, talk title, and Twitter handle. Please make sure your information is
complete and correct in your website account so it looks nice on the Presenters page.

Talk Up Your Talk. Please help promote your talk to your community
and network – blog, tweet, or post about your sessions. Invite friends and colleagues to attend.
Also, consider adding a logo to your e-signature; we have lots of them on the Friends page on the website.

Forum and FMZ. With more content this year, we needed more rooms. On Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, two tracks will
be located at the Film- und Medienzentrum (FMZ). The FMZ is directly behind (east of) the Forum
and a short walk away. There will be maps posted around the Forum and in the conference program to help you
find the FMZ. In the current version of the website schedule, Room 9 and Room 10 are at the FMZ. ee the Venue page on the website
for more information.

Internet. The WiFi performance is sufficient for attendee use at the Forum, but we cannot guarantee its speed
or reliability for your presentation. Please make sure that your presentation does NOT depend on having a good
Internet connection. We are continuing to work on improving the Forum WiFi.

Tutorials. For tutorial presenters, please be sure your
talk abstract lists the software that attendees should install BEFORE they
arrive at your session. If you wish to send an email to your tutorial registrants,
request the list from us at speakers@eclipsecon.org.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at speakers@eclipsecon.org. Thank you
again for helping us put on a great conference!
