 <p>There has been some comments (on private mail) from community members regarding the addition of Oracle personnel to the projects.</p>
 </div>
 <div class="paragraph">
 <p>We should communicate more clearly about the fact that releasing Eclipse Glassfish is a significant part of the transfer from Oracle to Eclipse,
 thus there is need to quickly add Oracle personnel to the project to make that release happen.
 Meaning that some of the normal practices for accepting committers may have to be bypassed.</p>

 Before release review, all ip review of the initial contribution must be passed.
 Wayne propose a single release review for all components that are intermingled.
 The leaf projects can be pushed through before.
 Projects will release milestones to a “staging repository”, OSSRH.</p>
