After over a decade being part of the Eclipse community it has been an honour over the last 2 years
to serve at the highest level, the Board of Directors. In the past year on the board of directors I
have learnt a tremendous amount in a great environment. I am also pleased to have made an impact and achieved the following:

Continuing to push for a focus on Diversity & Inclusion as a priority in the community.

Pushed for better focus on Eclipse branding which resulted in the excellent set of common branding materials to empower each member of the community to spread the word and for us all to be proud of our community.

If re-elected, I would like to keep focussing on growth and build on this success in the following ways:

Diversity

Continue to advocate for focus on diversity & inclusion the Eclipse Foundation and
the community at large so we can grow in new ways, include more contributors and committers from
underrepresented groups, and benefit from the innovation that comes with more diverse thoughts around the table.

CI/CD

In my new role at CloudBees I aim to leverage that experience and position to help ensure Eclipse projects can benefit going forward.

Collaboration with other Open Source Communities

Be a bridge between Eclipse and other open source communities I am involved with so we can collaborate on common goals and learn from each other.
