purpose of this document is to provide a high-level overview of the
program spending projected by the Eclipse Foundation in 2007 for
feedback from the Finance Committee. These programs will be used by
the EMO to drive the 2007 fiscal budget for the Foundation. </FONT></FONT></FONT>
