| Mark Coggins is Senior Vice President of Engineering |

| has over 20 years of management experience in the software industry, |
| including a significant tenure in the software tools space. Among |
| previous positions held, Mark was VP of Engineering at |
| Interactive Development Environments, developers of the |
| "Software through Pictures" product line and the first company to |
| provide tool support for UML. He has an undergraduate degree |
| in International Relations and a masters degree in Computer Science from |
| Stanford University, and is the author of |
| <a href="http://www.markcoggins.com/">five crime novels</a> set |
