<vision>
Committers and projects succeed by identifying and removing friction. We create easier paths to deliver content, to collaborate with others, to bring new contributors to our projects and to build community. As a committer representative, it would be my responsibility and honour to provide a concise and candid voice that communicates the needs of committers and create frictionless routes to success. I have been involved in Eclipse projects over the last 5 years, bringing fresh eyes and perspective to see areas that can be improved upon together. My vision is to engage, motivate, support and empower others to accomplish great things by removing barriers and communicating the very real needs of committers and their projects.
