			the annual Eclipse Community Awards, which recognize the top individuals, projects and technologies in
			the ecosystem. Recipients were
			honored at an awards ceremony March 22 on the opening day of EclipseCon 2010.

			The Individual Awards acknowledge people that give their time and resources to make Eclipse a better community. Winners were
			selected by their peers in an online vote. The selection of the Top Newcomer Evangelist award recognizes the individual that
			answered the most questions raised on the eclipse.newcomer newsgroup.

			<li><strong>Top Committer</strong>: Eike Stepper
				<ul><li>The finalists are Boris Bokowski and Markus Schorn.</li></ul></li>
			<li><strong>Top Contributor</strong>:  Lars Vogel

				<ul><li>The finalists are Equinox p2, Mylyn and XML Tools in Web Tools Platform (WTP) Incubator.</li></ul></li>
			<li><strong>Most Innovative New Feature or Eclipse Project</strong>:  Textual Modeling Framework (TMF) Xtext
				<ul><li>The finalists are EclipseLink and Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT) Cocoa Port.</li></ul></li>

			The Technology Awards recognize Eclipse-based open source projects and commercial products. Winners were selected by a
			panel of judges from the Eclipse community.  Products were evaluated
			on their user interfaces, innovation and completeness of their solutions.
