			<p>Ensure that Eclipse Foundation services are continuously improved to provide high-quality, relevant and easy to use outcomes for projects and project committers.</p>
			<p>Having learned from my tenure as a Committer Member representative last year, I see an opportunity to help create a cheat sheet of services, including new secure development services, available to Eclipse Committers, solicit feedback from projects on their use along with suggested improvements to communicate back to the foundation. This could form the basis of a repeatable regular assessment aiding both the Eclipse Foundation and Eclipse projects to hone and improve the services offered which is especially important as the list of Eclipse Foundation services grows.</p>

			<p>Shelley is a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat. She is interested in secure development initiatives for open-source projects and is actively collaborating across projects and organizations in risk reduction activities. She is also deeply committed to creating environments where everyone has opportunities to learn and grow, encouraging diversity, equity and inclusion to attract and keep a broad community of open-source contributors.</p>
			<p>To achieve work-life balance with her technical career, Shelley also serves as a director of Forêt Capitale Forest, a non-profit with a mission to increase the urban forest canopy and biodiversity in Canada's National Capital region.</p>
