		<p>The Eclipse Foundation is pleased to announce that EclipseCon 2012 is moving to a new location in Reston, Virginia, just 
		outside Washington, D.C. The annual Eclipse North American conference will be March 26-29 at the Hyatt Regency Reston. The new location 
		will make it easier for European and east coast residents to participate in EclipseCon 2012.</p>
		
		<p>Doug Schaefer of Wind River is Program Chair and the conference Call for Papers will go out in mid-September. 
		Updates will be posted on <a href="http://twitter.com/eclipsecon">Twitter</a> and 
		<a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Eclipse/259655700571">Facebook</a>.</p>
