General Status

WTP is building on Platform 3.2M4. CDT is good. TPTP is good. DTP is good.
Everyone else said they were ok. Nobody provided any particular details.

Update Site

David circulated his update
site proposal via the wiki (thanks David).

ACTION ITEM: [all] send David <david_williams {at} us.ibm.com> the list
of features and their current URLs that you want listed in the Callisto update
site by COB Tuesday 7th. David will create the skeleton Callisto
update site just to prove that the update site works, but not that the updates
themselves work. David will do this by COB Thursday 9th.

Callisto Requirements

This group (the Planning Council) is the body that sets the requirements for
Callisto. As Kevin stated, our key goal is to be the best that we can and thus
these requirements are minimums.

What we deliver in June must work together. Thus if project X does
not work with Callisto, it will not be part of Callisto. Additionally, once
this Planning Council believes that a project X cannot safely be made to
work in time for Callisto, the project will be dropped from Callisto.

All Callisto projects should have jar'ed plug-ins because this is
good Eclipse citizenship.

All Callisto projects should use Eclipse message bundles, not Java
bundles because this is a good Eclipse citizenship.

All Callisto projects must use ICU4J by RC0.

All Callisto projects must use capabilities.

Callisto Bug Category

We discussed whether to have a separate
Callisto cross-project bug components and we chose not to do so. The key
argument against is that bugzilla components must have an owner and there is no
one person to be the owner for Callisto.

ACTION ITEM [Bjorn]: create an cross-project-issues-dev@eclipse.org
mailing list.

Postponed

Discussion of bug
125276 "Common Navigation Items" is postponed until next week due
to lack of time this week.
