<h2>Action Items From Last Week</h2>
<p>ACTION ITEM [Bjorn] - prepare a sample slide deck with the essential slides
and distribute to the project leads - still no progress.</p>
<h2>Pack 200 Update</h2>
<p><a href="http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Update_Site_Optimization">http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Update_Site_Optimization</a><br>
<a href="http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Pack200">http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Pack200</a></p>
<p>Callisto will not require Pack 200 jars, but individual projects can (Kevin
strongly urges everyone to) use Pack 200. Kevin states that the Platform will
use Pack 200 for sure. Kevin states that the hybrid case (some Pack 200, some
not) has never been tested but he will make sure that it is tested because he
really wants Pack 200 to happen.&nbsp;<br>
We also decided that if a project is not using Pack 200 by the end of RC3, the
risk of change is too great and they should stay with normal jars.</p>
<p>ACTION ITEM [Kevin] - Will test the hybrid (some jars have Pack 200, some do
not) case and ensure that it works.</p>
<p>ACTION ITEM [Everyone] - Decide, implement, and report on whether your
project is going to use Pack 200 by RC3.</p>
<h2>Bugzilla and Infrastructure Downtime</h2>
<p>Kevin and others reported that the database freezes that the eclispe.org
infrastructure is having are severely hampering the Callisto end game. Waiting
until 8am Ottawa time to get the machines restarted so that Bugzilla and the
download page (both run from the database) work is basically making Europeans
useless as testers. This needs to be solved ASAP even if it involves restarting
the machines on a daily or even twice daily basis just to keep the databases
alive.</p>
<h2>SDK’s</h2>
<p>David updated the wiki to explain how SDKs will be retrieved.</p>
