<p>Still waiting for the Board vote on the <a href="http://www.eclipse.org/lepido/">Lepido,
Tools for Apache Cocoon</a> archiving.</p>

<p>Postponed Wayne report on <a href="/ecesis/">ECESIS</a> 
project.</p>

<p>We spent most of the meeting discussing the proposed charter changes (see <a href="http://eclipse-projects.blogspot.com/2006/04/sponsored-committers-better-idea.html">blog</a>
and <a href="http://dev.eclipse.org/newslists/news.eclipse.foundation/msg01026.html">newsgroup</a>
discussions). We decided that the <a href="http://www.eclipse.org/technology/proposed-technology-charter-changes.html">proposed
changes</a> were slightly too liberal in that they allowed a bad case (a single
company team voting in everyone). Cliff agreed to think about some wording
changes. Discussion to occur next week.</p>

<p>
We also talked about Ward's conversation with Graham of the <a href="/ohf/"> OHF</a> project. It
doesn't look like an active project and it's not a traditional Eclipse project
in the sense that it's more about a group of people and some standards bodies,
and less about code.</p>
