This is the third milestone of the <a href="http://wiki.eclipse.org/Virgo/Future#Release_Branding">Sky</a> (3.6.0) release of Virgo.
It contains numerous fixes to the new web admin console, groundwork for the support of Java enterprise APIs, and some bug fixes.
