| asking if anyone interested. We'd prefer WTP committer, but does not |
| _have_ to be .... though, does need to be a committer. We discussed |
| that "owner" had the responsibility to triage/fix bugs in EPP buckets, |
| "smoke test" each milestone to make sure package is presentable to |
| public for further testing. But also has the "power" to decide exactly |
| what goes in the package (under EPP constraints, and community |
| feedback, naturally).</p> |
