| <p style="text-indent: 5em; font-style: italic;">It was agreed this |
| was an appropriate project to incubate under Java EE project. It was |
| emphasized that it would have to be packaged as an optional feature, |
| since many adopters already have similar editors (functionally |
| speaking) but sounds like it easily could be but was just not |
| mentioned explicitly. There was a fair amount of other technical |
| questions and discussion, but nothing that would effect the "yes/no" |
| part of the PMC's business and it was advised to discuss these issues |
| latter, in the context of the project's development. Chuck volunteered |
| to give a response to the wtp-dev list, a little later this week.</p> |
