| release was approved, along with a move/creation review to become a |
| subproject of the Dali project. Kaloyan will followup with details on |
| suggestions on where to move things to, what to call bugzilla |
| subproject components, etc.</p> |
| <p style="font-style: italic;">TODO: dw to document, along with |
| other WPT Incubator guidelines, that components can not release from |
| WTP Incubator. They must move first. If someone thinks they'll need a |
| "release" from WTP Incubator, they should be encouraged to simply start |
| off as an incubating sub-project of another WTP Project.</p> |
