		<p>
			Leugim (Gino) Bustelo is a Software Engineer in the Emerging
			Technologies division of IBM Software Group. He has a
			Bachelors Degree in both Electrical and Computer Engineering
			from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez. He received
			his Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University
			of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2001, after which he joined
			IBM. Most recently, Gino has been working in the areas of
			AJAX, Rich Internet Applications, and Eclipse.
