		<p>
			Jeffrey is a software developer for Rational Java Web
			Services Tools at the IBM Toronto Lab. He is responsible for
			the development of the Java Web services tools and the Web
			Services Explorer in IBM's WebSphere and Rational Tools
			products. His areas of interest and expertise include Web
			services, service-oriented architecture, XML technologies,
			J2EE development and model driven development.
		</p>
		<p>
			He has filed a number of patents for inventions in Web
			services development tools. He has published several
			articles related to Web services technologies. He joined IBM
			in 2001 after graduating from the University of British
			Columbia with a B.A.Sc in Computer Engineering with
			distinction.
