		<p>
			Seng is a software developer on the Rational Java Web
			Services Tools development team at the IBM Toronto Lab.
			He has contributed to each release of the Web services
			tools in IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD),
			to Rational Application Developer (RAD), and to the
			Eclipse Web Tools Platform (WTP) project. He has worked
			on various components of the Web services wizards, and
			has presented Web services tools at conferences including
			SHARE in San Francisco, and has co-hosted Web services
			workshops at CASCON in Toronto.
