			Paul is a Program Manager at BEA and has 8 years of software
			development experience. He has a Ph.D. in Cognitive
			Psychology from Max Planck Institute. He worked at Coastek,
			Rational Software, IBM, and Orga prior to joining BEA. His
			products include Rational DeveloperSuite, Orga Toolkit, and
			WebLogic Workshop 8.1.
