Bug 567272 - [Robotics] Remove simplistic demos, unused packages from the robotics library and other code clean-up

 * Updated oep.robotics.library model
   - Removed package execcontainer
   - Removed simplistic skill definitions not used in real demos
   - Moved basic.servicedef to the PRC2 example (only used there)
 * Updated oep.robotics.wizards
   - Removed old skill definitions imported from oep.robotics.library
 * Updated oep.robotics.examples models
   - Removed the simplenavigation example
   - Updated ceapilot to the new version
   - Updated PRC2 to use the its basic.servicedef
   - Updated carve_uc1 to use its skill definitions
 * General clean-up
   - Removed duplicated Bundle-Localization in bt plugins
   - Changed .notation version back to 1.0.2
   - Added copyright statement to isybotAPI.py in ceapilot
 * Update expected code for publish/subscribe example (not really clear, why it's different)
   - Current code does not contain declaration of String
   - Code compiles => current code is fine
