| <li>In the Navigator view, right-click the project or folder |
| where you want to create the new file.</li> |
| <li>From the pop-up menu, select <b>New > File</b>.</li> |
| <li>Specify the name of the file, including the file extension (for |
| example, newfile.txt).</li> |
| <li>Click <b>Finish</b>.</li> |
